Welcome to NWAC Student Ministry!
We want to welcome you and let you know that we are here to serve you. If you decide to visit, here are a few things that you can expect when you walk through our doors.
Our student ministry exists to help your child to "in [their] hearts honor Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have" (1 Peter 3:15). We desire to introduce your child to the true Word of God and share the Good News of the Gospel in a way that is age appropriate and relevant to your child. Our team is dedicated to equip your child with godly truth that will transform their lives and lead them closer to Christ. On Sunday mornings you can find us having a fantastic time learning about a Bible story, singing and dancing to praise songs, playing games, and engaging in meaningful prayer and conversation that will impact your child for a lifetime. Every teacher and volunteer is background checked, screened, trained, and follows a check-in protocol that ensures the safety of every student in our program.
Nursery - 4th Grade
We offer classes during the 10:30 am Sunday morning service from nursery care up through 4th grade. Look for the dedicated ministry leaders and volunteers at the check-in station in the church foyer each Sunday morning. We are committed to cultivating the spiritual well-being of your child in a healthy environment that is fun, safe, caring... and a little wacky, too!
Preteens - 5th and 6th Grade
NWAC Preteens for grades 5th and 6th meet during the 10:30 am Sunday morning service. We will dive into God's word together, grow in our faith in Jesus Christ, and deepen our friendships with one another!
Middle School - 7th and 8th Grade
NWAC Middle School for grades 7th and 8th meets during the 10:30 am Sunday morning service. We will dive into God's word together, grow in our faith in Jesus Christ, and deepen our friendships with one another!
High School - 9th-12th Grade
High schoolers, you are invited to join us Sunday evenings from 6-7:30 pm at the home of Matt and Jen Abrams. Grow in your relationship with Jesus while having fun, deepening friendships, and eating awesome homemade dinners. Contact us at staff@nwac.live for more details!
